How will my child benefit from a Kainos Dance class?
-
Ballet, hip-hop and modern dance provide physical training, endurance and strength. When these physical, artistic elements are combined with gospel music, the result is a passionate expression of grace, power, joy and dramatic interpretation.
-
Increased flexibility, range of motion and an understanding of basic sign-language are additional benefits of taking praise dance classes in a structured setting.
-
Finally, the most beneficial outcome of praise dance is the connection between body and spirit. Any issues concerning self-esteem, body image, character, discipline and respect are naturally addressed with every movement.

What is the meaning of the word ”Kainos”?
“Kainos” is a greek word which denotes that something is qualitatively new or different. It states that which is not necessarily new in time, but that which has existed for some time. Then a change occurs in its quality or character, however slight, that makes it different, qualitatively, from what it was before.

“So whoever is in Christ is a new (Kainos) creation; the old things have passed away; behold new (Kainos) things have come.”
2 Corinthians 5:17
